RecommendedExcellent customer service as always; top notch. They got me right in to check a tire pressure issue, found a hole in one of my tires (repaired it), and I was able to replace two tires I was getting set to do soon. Professional and terrific service. Les Schwab is the gold standard!

Worst customer service ever! I have an Audi that I took in there and left because it blew a tire on the freeway. ha they wouldn’t change the tire told me I had to buy four tires because it’s an all-wheel-drive car they’re brand new tires I’m not buying 4 just a replace one. Lisa, the engineers who manufactured your vehicle highly suggest 4 matching tires on your all-wheel-drive vehicle at all times to prevent drivability issues or potentially costly damage to the vehicle's drive-train. This means the same make, model, and tread depth of tire on all 4 wheel positions. Recommendedhave owned my Truck for 1 yr now. The place I purchased it from put brand new tires on it. Have has this annoying vibration 35-60 mph. Had taken it in to a tire store ans had tires balanced with the same results. Made an appointment ans got in 1 HR earlier. They had found each tire 3/4 oz off. Now the shaking is gone. Thank you for the fast service and your staff for correcting the problem. This happened with another truck I owned. Great service. Guess I don't need that axle after all. 8405 state ave Marysville

Horrible service. Didn’t secure my oil pan under my car then a week later didn’t put the caps back on my fiancé’s car. Both had to take the time to go back and have them fix it. We’ll never go back!

Paid for a set of tires to be mounted and balanced and was told had to rebuild TPMS sensors at 20.00 a wheel Was told they wouldn’t service and put on the snow tires unless they rebuilt them. So paid the bs markup for rebuild and went down the road. Now when I take in older vehicle for a mount and balance they don’t even replace the valve stem on an old set of tires.
