Great customer service. I needed brakes on my Suburban. Came in with no appointment and they had me on the road by noon.
Arrived at 8 am wiithout an appt.They checked out my car advised me I needed new tires.In & out in 45 min!
Had a nail in my right rear inner dual. Fixed it as time allowed. No charge. Courteous friendly service.
I had a tire that was slowly losing air and was worried because I'm going on vacation tomorrow that I'd return to my car at the airport with a flat tire. Another place had turned me away because they wouldn't have time. I arrived at Les Schwab after they were already technically closed. I told them my story. They stayed late and had a look - and fixed my tire for free! Now that's customer service! Faith in humanity: restored. Thank you!
