We had a last-minute tire blowout on our way out of town, Jared and Court saved our day right before closing and were so polite and friendly and smiling the entire time!

I had low tire pressure so I took my car to the store on Thain. The young guy came over to and told what was wrong he told me to go in and let them know. I said I need to go in? I just want my tire aired up. He wasn't happy but to go to the side and check. He told me I have something the tire. I asked if he could patch it for me and he said no and to come back in two hours I came back in two hours a,nd I was told it would be an hour. I told the guy that I already waited two hours. The guy said there was a car in front of me. I have never had bad customer service there before. I will not go back there. I went to the one downtown Lewiston and Sterling helped me and I had great customer service. Thank you Sterling, I will come back. Dorene Egbert the 5 stars are for the store downtown. No stars for the orchard store.

Employees are helpful and the service is great. I only wish they had a woman's magazine in the waiting area. The hunting mag was boring. LOL.

Randy and his team are amazing! I recently had a six inch lift installed with 35’s for my tires. Then we noticed that the tire size was too large and the tires were rubbing my wheel well. We brought my pickup in the next morning and within an hour we had new 33’s installed and it drives a ton better! They were extremely cooperative in working with us and trying to figure out how we can fix the whole situation. I am so in love with my “new” ride.

I called ahead to see if my tires were in yet. The gal who answered the phone said the truck just came in and they were there. I said great I am picking up a prescription and then will be over. When I got there she said we just need your keys I already put you in line. Talk about great service. Probably reduced my wait time by 15 minutes.
