We came home from a family vacation to find our car battery dead. :-( Three little boys and two exhausted parents! This location was so helpful and came out to jump our battery free of charge. Thank you for great customer service!
My Les Schwab story isn't nearly as nice as the TV commercials. I was the first person in the shop at 8AM and explained that I had 2 low tires. The manager checked me in and then ignored me for 30 minutes. The staff helped 5 other walk in customers, but when I asked for my keys back, they offered to help me next. They made it clear they don't want my biz. Will definitely spend my money somewhere else!
