Thank you all so much! I left work at 5:30 and noticed my rear passenger side tire was low...and I just bought them in September! I drove up and before I got to the door someone already had my keys and took my 2001 Tundra in ASAP! I know it was just before closing and I’m sure you all wanted to go home! Thank you for taking care of the problem and making me feel like a #1 priority at the end of your day! Even better, no charge as I bought them there! ���
Bad customer service. Not getting my tires there ever again!
They were great. A person came In with a dog and I had to leave because I’m allergic to them. I had to sit in the cold while the dog, by law is allowed in the store. This is not the stores fault but the person who decided to bring a pet in, not a service dog. The employees asked me what was wrong , I told them and they drove me to Starbucks and bought me a latte! I was very grateful to them. This law gives the rights to fakers and people with people with severe allergies have to give up their rights for them. I have no issue... read more
They are awesome! Came and replaced my blown tire with a spare and then replaced my tire no charge! Love Les schwab! Thank you for being amazing!
