I'm appalled at the recent service that we had here. We've been doing business for 15 years and I cannot believe what happened with our recent transaction. Doing work to a vehicle with not getting it okay and not explaining or telling the owner what you're doing to the vehicle and getting the okay of what you are doing to the vehicle does not work for me
Les Schwab has been our go to tire place for 20 years, and today you guys once again proved that you always take care of your customers. We picked up a nail in our brand new car (tires not from Les Schwab �) and you fixed it quickly and at no charge. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Worse service ever. Technicians don't know what they are doing. Check before leaving or getting service from these people. I will not ever come back.
They have always been available in a timely manner....my tire became flat as I pulled in to my daughters Christmas eve....ran over a nail on way up to Chico
