I just came in because I saw a nail while dashing. 😵💫😪, ugh.. not again... They were so polite and didn't charge me. 😃
I took my car in for an alignment and I specifically told them I was going on a trip and traveling miles away. When I get to my destination my car was making a popping noise everytime I turned my wheel! I took my car to a mechanic near by and come to find out they didn’t even put the right bolt on for my tire rod. The mechanic could turn the bolt with his fingers it was so loose. Super dangerous!
We had stopped the maverick next to Les Schwab to fill our tire when my husband discovered our valve stem was broken. So we popped over to Les Schwab. They were able to get us in right away. The tech kept in communication with us. He informed us of prices and our options before going any further. There was also a previous patch on the tire that he replaced to be on the safe side. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road fast and safe. Thank you so much Matt!!
