My elderly father was completely taken advantage of. He made an appointment for an oil change and it cost him $600. Obviously, they insisted on fixing everything they could find wrong. I'm sure it took the employee about 30 seconds talking to my Dad, to realize he would probably agree to anything. When my dad showed up at home with no vehicle, we called to see when the car would be done. Very nice. Greeted me right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Had to get a tire patched.
Brought my dads car in when the front 2 tires were nearly bald, and had a limited budget. I got in, Dave ordered the tires and got the car done quickly. With Dave and Jesse in there, I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work!
Since there is a new manager and a new team there i went back everything is clean and the staff is very respectful and help full .
Josh at the front desk is very professional and always makes sure that everything is done correctly! Friendly and professional!
