I went to 1 tire place and was told it would be an hour wait so I went to les they said 45 minutes. So I said okay that was at 3:42. 2 cars ahead of me after taking ever walk in after me and I posted if they don't start working on my tires by 530 I was leaving way past 45 minutes. So 525 starting working on my tires out at 620. Not a happy camper they didn't even say they were sorry it took so long. Scale 1 to 10 zero
Stopped in to get my snow tires removed the only time I had available, which was just after 2:00 on Saturday. I was told that they stopped taking vehicles at 11:30 that morning, end of story. Took my business to 1120 W Francis where they were happy to get me in, even if it meant they had to stay a little late.
Best service and care around! No one can compare to these guys for customer service!
Always happy when I leave, they have given my daughter & I great deals on service! Buying new tires there nxt wkend!
I purchased some tires about a month ago, drove approx 500 miles on them and didn't like the road noise and the loss of traction every time I hit wet roads. Went back to Les Schwab and asked them what my options were and they without hesitation refunded my for my original purchase and gave me a great deal on some better tires. Without that I would have eaten a 600$+ set of tires that I didn't like. For that I am grateful and appreciative of Les Schwab's upstanding customer service and acknowledgment. Les Schwab told me the only way to fix my slow leak was to replace my rim. So instead of paying the hundred dollars they wanted I went to a different tire shop, who replaced the cracked valve stem that was actually causing the leak, for FREE! That has been a pretty typical experience with Les Schwab, they always try to add on a bunch of stuff, or tell me I have to replace tires or rims when it's unnecessary. Oh and after they balanced my tires one of the weights flew off after driving less than a hundred feet from the store.... read more
