Left our car there for 3 hours. Went to have a drink a few blocks up the road. No phone call....nothing. Nothing done.....my bfs ONLY day off to get this done. WILL NOT be coming here again. You guys ruined our day and you SUCK!!!
I have been a Les Schwab customer for 35 years always treated very well, I would,nt go anywhere else, I just bought 4 new tires yesterday. I recomendend them to anyone.
*** Alert *** Les Schwab in Spokane Valley is an absolute rip off! They called to inform me that they will be charging me $50/per tire to swap out the snow tires on my wifes car a 2014 Ford Explorer. I asked why so expensive when others charge $16/per? They told me that because they were still in "Tire Rack" wrappers and not their tires, they charge more. So I called Perfection Tire in the Valley and they are doing all 4, for $69.51...
I've been here over 2 hours waiting for them to look at 1 tire. Not to mention, two people that were here after me have already left.
Eric and his staff do a great job. Very satisfied customer here..
