Usually they are reasonably quick and accurate when they say it'll get done. Dropped it off @ 8:19 (according to my paperwork) came back 3 hrs later and it still hadn't moved an inch. Girl at the counter said mine was the 2nd in line to go in...and hour later it finally went in. 4.5 hrs for a simple tire swap is absolutely absurd (tires were already mounted/balanced on different wheels). There's no reason this 30 minute job shouldn't have been done within the first 3 hrs...let alone 4.5.
