My husband just went to this location to ask about chains for our vehicle. Told the guy that we needed front tire chains but the guy only looked at the back tires. They gave him a print out quote for the chains and they seemed quite busy so he left and decided to come back another day to buy because the description name of the chains didn't seem like they would be correct. They were definitely the wrong chains and would have definitely caused damage to my vehicle.
The customer service here is great! The guys here made things less stressful. I appricated how they worked with what I can afford and not try to sell me something I didn't need. I wont go anywhere else from now on.
I went in for a patch job on a hole in my tire & they told me the tires weren't safe for me to be driving the distance I was driving so one of the guys lent me their spare & gave me a quote for the cheapest tires. The nicest group of guys I've dealt with!
These guys. We have used them since we moved to Northern California but this one has been awesome! Ryan and his staff are always courteous, professional and helpful. They have always been super helpful in answering questions and worked with our crazy schedules. They are honest and on time, if I could I’d give them 100 star rating.
