Always quick always professional always reasonable
a couple of experiences, one about 20 years ago and one last year. both times I wolked away happy. last experience was for a flat, the tech asked if i'd like to enter the bay and have a look at my 'road worthy' tires (this from a tire shop in my home town), they were almost bald, only about 1/8 th of an inch tread left! I had them replaced with toyos and hit the road happy. the shop in Ferndale has a really good poster up on their wall about customers . makes you feel better just reading it.
