I took my car to the James street location for two new rear tires and 4-wheel laser alignment. Mike helped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. The team was careful about protecting the interior and wiped every “touch point” with disinfectant prior to returning the car to me. About a year ago I bought tires from another vendor they were no help at all. So this time I decided to go to Les Schwab and boy am I thrilled. My car broke down and they were able to work with me on tires for the new car. they mean it when they say they’re here for Customer service. They really care. So if you wanna buy tires I go to Les Schwab.
I'm new to Washington and I needed a set of tires for my 05 Silverado. I was very satisfied so when I purchased my 84 C10 I purchased a complete rim and tire package. The team at Les Schwab also adjusted the ride height of my C10. I honestly believe they have the best customer service available and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
