RecommendedI pulled in today, in the middle of a rainstorm, after hours, with a completely flat tire. The gentlemen working at Les Schwab welcomed me with open arms, despite that their location was closed for the day. They fixed my flat tire for free, and were some of the friendliest men I’ve encountered. I am so thankful for their kind, prompt, and high quality service. Jared and team went above and beyond for me today! They put on new tires and brakes, thoroughly explaining all of my options. I had somewhere to be all afternoon, so they dropped me off at home AND brought my car home for me while I was gone! Great customer service and all around nice guys.
I was told by another tire shop that I needed a NEW tire due to the position of the nail in my tire causing it to go flat. FALSE!! Jesse and Kristian were absolutely FANTASTIC to me! They met me in the parking lot to greet me and my children as soon as we parked! You made me feel welcomed and prioritized. You guys fixed my tire in 20 minutes, didn’t charge me and made my experience effortless! My business will be coming back to you guys 100%. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My experience with has nothing to do with tires but I got great customer service anyway. We got a pair of cheap sunglasses from Les Schwab with their logo on the side many months ago. Turns out they were my 4 year old favorite pair, especially after they broke. So I called around to see if any stores had anymore. Needed an emergency flat repaired, dialed numerous tire sales & repair shops this morning - all too busy - even those I've previously dropped considerable amounts of cash purchasing new tries, go figure. Called Les Schwab on Smokey Hill - arrived to find every employee busy - however someone scooted out to my car, fixed the flat and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes - These folks are "TOP SHELF."
