Best customer service ever.. Two weeks ago Saturday Chris blew a tire on the freeway passing Layton with myself and our infant son were in the car.. We called around to a couple of tire stores because of the size of tire we needed is not a usual size they keep in stock.. Les Schwab was not the only place that had it but they had two different brands.. I was out running errands and when I stopped I heard air coming out of my back tire. Les Schwab was the closest place. They patched my tired and didn't charge anything. Plus everyone was so nice!
Over the years I've learned I can trust the crew and their recommendations. If I can get a better deal elsewhere they are honest with me. I know I can trust them for my farm equipment, large trucks AND my family vehicles.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Guys totally tried to rip me off with a full break package. You don't tell a customer they need all 4 breaks, rotors, and calipers replaced when they only need the breaks done, my rotors are brand new and the calipers are perfectly fine. Way to take advantage of someone and turn a 150.00 dollar job in to 800.00 job. Never going there again. And yes I got second and third opinions from much more honest mechanic's.
Kent was amazing!!! Staff inviting and friendly. Had me in and out with something I was dreading doing today. very clean, snacks for the kids. Thank you Kent for your help with my leaky tire today.
My Les Schwab story.... I heard an air leak in my tire. My father in law looked at it and saw the needle in the valve (thing!) was broke. So we rushed it over to Les and they met me right out the door. Told me to pull it in with me and my kids all still in the car, looked at the needle, and noticed a nail I had ran over. Pulled the tire off, fixed it and put it back on. All in the small amount of time I had to make it to a soccer game! No paper work, and didn't even get out of the car! ♡lesschwab
