They were great. Had brakes replaced. They gave me a quote and didn’t charge any more than what they quoted. They wiped down the inside of my car when they were done. They have always been very professional.

I recently got a free tire to use for excercise but it was still on the wheel. Well I talked to a few places and they couldn't do anything because it was technically farm equipment. So I called and talked to the manager Martin, he said bring it down and he will see. I showed him the tire and he removed the wheel by hand. Well with the use or crowbar and a sledge. I really thought I was stuck with it on the wheel, but Martin took care of it for me.

I always have the most amazing experiences here! I’m treated like a friend any time I come here with tire troubles. I came in this morning with a screw in my tire. I was greeted by Rob with a “Good morning, Melanie” as the door was opened for me at opening. THAT is guest service that should be provided all the time! Despite it being a large company, this location still has the small town feel that I love so much. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you, West Sac Les Schwab team!

Went in to have a flat tire fixed and was keeping my fingers crossed I didn’t need a new tire. Yay! The rep said my tire is fixed, all my tires look great, breaks looked good too! That was awesome they checked my breaks! The facility in West Sacramento is clean, ladies restroom was clean and most importantly the employees were courteous and professional! I’ll be back when I need new tires or breaks! 👍🏻

The guys took great care by not only warrantying the blown tire but doing their best too remove the shredded tire pieces from the axle and the springs!
