I brought my car in and dropped it off, came back later to pick it up and pay for the work and they told me that I needed another part and it would cost me $40. They took longer than expected to finish the job but didn't charge me for the part. Doing the right thing does matter. Thanks for the member service and for the great work done.
had an alignment done. I drove my truck and it was not driving well. I took it back. they told me the bolts on the control arm were lose so it has to be realigned. but they said no charge
This place is awesome and they still have the best customer service. Greeted by the repair guy? Stopped in with a flat tire. They were able to fix, mount and and get me out the door very quickly.
I have never once been disappointed by this company. They are always so helpful and always save me when other tire shops (ahem, Walmart and Big-O) have failed.
Just want to update this and say if I can give 6 stars I would. I’m literally blown away at the customer service here! Just like the Midvale location, the Murray location is “above and beyond” when it comes to customer service. Matt is very good at what he does, and again reminded me why I go to Les Schwab. They either have really good training or just know how to find really good people
This may be a newer location, but it’s the worst one I’ve been to. Three different times I gave my information to Yvonne to process (to see if I could get an account there), three different times I was told she would contact me, and three different times I didn’t hear anything. Not a call or e-mail. Then, the fourth time I went in to inquire about this, they didn’t have any of my information in their system AT ALL. I am beyond disappointed with this location, and will not be returning.
