I have been a customer of the Les Schwab chain for thirty years, mostly in East Wenatchee, unfortunately I found this location in Tumwater to be deficient. The staff's courtesy is as well as I have come to expect from Les Schwab but I experienced some quality issues that have given me pause to consider returning. The least of which was a set of hubcaps for my car that lasted two weeks before two of them flew off out on the highway. I went to Les Schwab price shopping for a new pair of front tires. I was over quoted every where I went. Then I went to the Tumwater location and Justine took care of me. I not only got my tires, but the best customer service i've ever had from a tire shop. I will definately be going back!!!
