Very nice people to deal with, professional and accommodating . Ashley at the front desk was most helpful and was able to return money they owed me with her scrutiny , i wouldn't have known. I was just glad my tires got fixed! And to think I was just a walk-in customer. Although the wait was long, I was notified 1.5hr wait until service and it was pretty accurate . It was a busy Saturday and they accommodated all clients as best they could . Free popcorn kept me from getting hypoglycemic as it was an unplanned event .
I've been to the Sunrise Les Schwab probably over 30 times over the years. I must say they are the best. Very prodessional and curtious. From .management to the shop, they make you feel as though your tbeir most important customer of the day......thanks
I am very pleased I made the decision to not waste my time shopping around for tires, as I did many times before. Over the years , I’m aware of the excellent service this tire center gives to non customers fixing their flats for free, plus community contributions. I can tell their employees are treated well due to their positive attitude. I feel confident the guaranteed 80,000 warranty on these tires will suit my driving needs well . All set , ready for winter weather !
I had to wait over an hour before my tire was even checked. Then another hour for replacement. I paid enough for the tires and got the warranty thank goodness. But I also had to miss taking grandson to preschool. Also the website does not show correct times of opening. I would have been there early if it was posted correctly! Still glad I was able to get a new tire after all that!
Leap of Faith Limousines wants to give a huge thank you to Raul at Les Schwab Tires on Sunrise Blvd in Rancho Cordova for fixing a flat tire for me in record time. I was 1 mile away from picking up my awesome guests for a beautiful day of wine tasting in Plymouth / Amador CA when I picked up a large screw that punctured my tire.
