Very disapointed today. We came in to check pressure on our RV tires which is our normal custom on our first trip out for the season. While in the parking lot, we l totally lost the brakes. The best you were able to offer was an appt a week from tomorrow. Instead, we walked next door, to O'Reiley's, bought the parts and had a mobile RV service install them. What could have been an 2 hour service for you ended up with the back of your building being tied up for 5 hours, and our money going elsewhere. We will not return to you... read more
RecommendedThanks for doing what Beto's in Gorst was paid to do last week. I will always trust your crew to make sure my cars are maintained and safe to be on the road. I tried to help out a little independent tire shop only to be ripped off. Les Schwab, you saved the day and Greta the Jetta rolls super smoothly. Due to a crazy week I was unable to get to Les Schwabs in Belfair until 4:30 p.m. the night before the snowamegedan to get my studs on. Not only did they stay open late to get the job done, they thanked me for my patience. Waiting is much easier with fresh coffee, warm popcorn and friendly people :)

After an afternoon of looking at a house to buy, we ended up with a flat tire on a remote dirt road up in the hills. I called Les Schwab and they set up a service call. An hour and a half later, we were back in town, 2 new tires, and on our way. Not looking in that area for a new place to live anymore, but nice to know we're not too far from the reliable guys at Les Schwab, Belfair. Thank you very much!
