I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab. They got my car in quickly to remove a bolt from my tire and did it at no cost—something I really appreciate. Kristin was amazing. She was handling a difficult customer but still managed to check me in smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Her attitude and efficiency confirmed my decision to switch to Les Schwab from another nearby dealer.
