I limped into Les Schwab after hitting a road hazard. It had popped two of my tires. It was 4 PM and My husband was out of town.Matt was at the counter. He could see that I was very upset. Right away he calmed me down. I could see they were very busy, so I wasn’t even sure they would be able to take care of me that day, but Matt assured me that they would. Great service at Richland Les Schwab! Always friendly and they take care with my Tesla.
Great value and customer service!! Les Schwab was less than half the price of the dealer for a front brake job! They also installed a heat shield part that I provided at no cost. A great experience.
