RecommendedI had a very positive interaction with Les Schwab Tire Center today. I was leaving my sister's house when I realized that I had a flat tire. I called Les Schwab and was told that they would send out someone to air up my tire for $10. and I could follow him back to the store.When the young man tried to put air in the tire, it wouldn't hold air. I went in knowing I SHOULD get new tires, but hoping I could slide with just a rotation... and after a informative conversation I decided I best do what I already knew. I am still learning the ins and outs of this vehicle so I appreciated the time spent at the counter. Thank you for the great customer service.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire center. They did a complementary tire check on all 4 tires. In and out in less than 20 minutes and got the free popcorn as always.

On of the worst experiences I've had at a business in the Tri-cities. I went in to have my vehicle aligned, and that was all fine. I also applied for a Les Schwab account, as I'm planning on purchasing tires and was approved. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, and discuss purchasing tires, the gal completely blew me off! I told her my budget, and the tires I had in mind. They were twice what I could have them shipped to my door for, so I wanted some other options.
