Fantastic friendly service! I brought in a flat from my car and they provided a comfortable place to wait while it was being repaired. When I went to pay I was told that there was no charge! I will make Les Schwab my place of choice in the future.
10/10 experience. Was here on September 2024 due to some u-joints broken and carrier bearing broken as well. Everyone was super helpful and helped us right away. Tanner was super helpful and made sure to take care of our truck. We will return back when we are in the area and I really appreciate Tanner who helped us out right away and fixed the truck as soon as we got there since we don’t live in the area. He definitely needs a raise.
Everyone here is so friendly!! Hoping to hear back from them! I went in last week to ask if they would possibly make a small donation to our safe and sober senior party (Rainier High school 2025 graduate class) and the woman I spoke with was so kind !! She said she would pass it on to management! My fingers are crossed hard it's a yes!!
Showed up early for my appointment they got me out in under 30 minutes
