Literally broke down in the lot next door, due to a faulty at home service, while traveling through town on a weekend evening right before close. The manager got us into a bay and went above and beyond to try to help us. The car is done for because of the repair costs but we were at least able to get home safely thanks to these guys, and realistically the costs would’ve been even worse had they not helped. I really wish I could remember their names, but all of the staff members we encountered were so helpful and kind.
Sold me 4 tires, went back for rotation. Guy said I should leave them for awhile. Now tires are ruined because it also needed an alignment. Warrenton Les Schwab is honest, honorable, and will take better care than Longview Les Schwab. I will never go back to Longview Les Schwab!
Refused to make me an appointment to change my u joint on my truck because you have to buy the parts from them, they would not accept my higher quality American made u joint, would only install Chinese made u joints from there local parts retailers.
Pulled in for a tire pressure check. Just an outstanding group at this location. Definitely will be getting more of my business!
Bring your vehicle here for the first time to find out why you won't a second! Isaiah racing peoples cars through the lot, was able to watch him do it with everyone's car cause they were 50 minutes late starting my appointment, cause their too incompetent to do their jobs timely. Guaranteed to get grease on your upholstery. Plus they're more expensive than T & T tires by a lot.
