Came in yesterday to get a screw removed from my work truck tire. After a 2 hour wait of not being able to do my job I get my truck back and go about my day behind on work. Wake up this morning to a TPMS sensor saying hey low air look at tire same screw same spot. I spent 2 hours for what your "crew" to air my tires? Got job at being efficient at take your time with every customer and making sure the job is done right. They put 4 new tires on my car for a reasonable price. No fuss. I just wish the waiting area was more comfortable and less stinky. I sat on a stool with no back for two hours and breathed rubber fumes. Down with a headache as soon as I got home.
4 hour wait preceeding a storm...the store staff running and busting ass to get it done. 15th in line with the first flakes falling. Snowing hard when complete... 5 hour drive becomes 10 hours but feeling traction on the road and peace of mind all the way home. Thanks Les!
I brought in an older pair of used snow tires, I explained exactly what I had when they checked me in. 2 hours later when they get to my vehicle, they kindly notify me that my tires where "to old" by there standards to put on. Im ok with there policy, Im not okay with them wasting 2 hours of my day then sending me down the road with a tire that has steel belts poking out of it, literally. Was quoted $633 to fix my brakes. Took it to a trusted mechanic right after, and they were fixed for $150. It really pays to get a second opinion. The staff was friendly.
