Called this morning about needing a new battery for my Toyota RAV4. I needed it brought to my house and installed. They made that happen. A Very nice young man came out and took care of my SUV. When he got in and started the car he noticed the tire light was on so he checked all 4 tires and added air. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and his kindness. I will always go to Les Schwab on Columbia Blvd for service. Thank You

Twice, we've been in here with our company vehicle and they're supposed to get right back to us with quotes. Are you getting worked done and all we heard was crickets. the old man was still alive. Customer service like this would be in that kind of shape
