Found out on our first snow day in Portland that I needed new tires. A little spendy but worth keeping the my family safe. I stopped in at my local les Schwab that evening and Jeff and Jeremiah got me set up with a new set. Unfortunately they had to be delivered from another location and I had to come back first thing in the morning. The line built fast and my tires weren't there yet but as soon as they were in they got them on with out getting back in line. Thanks guys for getting me in and out.
I went in as soon as they opened to buy a set of tires knowing they've been super busy with people buying or having their snow tires put on. The gentleman that I worked with listened to what I needed and didn't try to sell me more expensive tires. He let me know that the tires had to be picked up at a different location and it could be a 2 hour wait. It was less than 1 hour to go get them and install them. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you
Had no luck getting my tires rotated after waiting an hour and a half last time, a week or so ago, so thought I would try again. Got there about 11am and was told it would be close to an hour before they could even start on it. Guess I will have to try again another day. I won't be buying my tires at Les Schwab again. What good does a free tire do unless you want to send hours wasted waiting to get it done???
