I was very pleased with the service I received today. My tires were purchased 2 months ago at Les Schwab in Milwaukie, OR but I am currently in Savannah, GA where there are no Les Schwabs to go to. I went to a local tire place here and called Les Schwab and within minutes they credited my card for the road hazard warranty so that I could purchase a new tire here. They were friendly, professional and very easy to work with! 😊
Just got new wheels and tires put on my Tacoma. The specific wheels were harder to get I guess, but they were able to get them by 1 o'clock the same day! Worked with quite a few people in the process, and everything was smooth and efficient. New wheels and tires before 4 o'clock on a Friday!
Rude and unprofessional! They don't want to honor their warranty of their products! Seriously!
Came in, they were able to patch my tire, and left in under 30 min. Didn't charge me for the flat repair! LOVE THIS PLACE

I stopped in late in the afternoon on Friday to see if they had chains for my car, preparing for the next round of snowy and icy weather. They were extremely busy but the wait time was short. I found out that my options were car socks or snow tires. I decided to get tires and was in and out of there in an hour, without an appointment. The service was great and friendly and my questions were answered with confidence. The tires made driving today in the snow fun!
