Love my neighbor Les Schwab! When they take care of you AT your APPT time. I made an appointment at 10am. Here it is 12:50 and I still didnt get s call that my car was ready. I just needed a slow leak tire fixed. Im really not sure or whats the point of making an appointment and 3 to 4 hours later???? I dont get it. These guys have had such a good rating. WHAT HAPPENED..
Love this location and Les Schwab! Last time I was in, a nice young man named Keon helped me, my tire had a bulge in it- it was under warranty and he changed it right out for me and answered all my questions, I never feel like as coming in as a girl, I get taken advantage of here for any excess stuff!
I originally went to the Lake City location for a tire repair and they didn’t balance my tire when reinstalling it and didn’t seem to understand the issue. I decided to call around for a different shop and glad I found the Shoreline location. These guys work fast! Steve found out the tire was fairly off balance, and was able to fix it. Steve seems like the kind of tech I could trust with future work and I’ll be bringing my car here. If you’re in Lake City I’d recommend making the extra 15 minute trip to Shoreline instead.
