I booked an appointment at this Les Schwab location for a simple alignment. Instead of performing the service I scheduled, they tried to oversell me on new tires. First, they said I needed to replace the front tires to do the alignment, then pushed me to replace all four—for nearly $3,000, about $1,200 more than other shops I checked. The professional and friendly staff located the nail in my tire, patched it and got me on my way. Keon was great!
