Erik, Dillon, and the team of auto techs here are amazing. I brought a car in with broken lug bolts and the wheel barely attached. Knowing that a couple maintenance items needed to be addressed AND that there was a reason the damage had occurred, they gave me a great deal on new tires and suggested (suspension) struts all around to replace the originals from 1999. I came here to get a free brake check. Had to wait like an hour and half. Which is okay. I got a quote of $1800! For pads , rotors, and calibers. My point is, I had help from a family friend mechanic who took my tires off and showed me my pads and they had 50% life left and my rotors were completely fine. Seems like a scam to me .

i used to be able to go to les schwab and have a punctured tire patched up and be on my way. went to TWO different branches and both refused to fix the puncture. same MO for either store: tech would come out and say the tire is too old or the puncture is in a bad position. both stores then proceeded to give me print outs of the cost to replace ALL FOUR TIRES....3 different price points along with balancing, taxes, etc. too bad les schwab has become what it is now. used to be a really awesome place to fix tires. will never... read more
I want to start off by saying that I have been a customer of Lee Schwab for about 20 years and I have never felt so disrespected as I did today. I called and spoke with Eric to see if they had time to do an oil change and asked about the different options they offer and he said it would take about 2 hours. I brought my car and it was my first time getting an oil change from them.
