I have been doing business with Les Schwab for over 20 years, and been at the Stanwood location for a dozen years. Rob and the guys are very honest, very knowledgeable, and truly work very hard at doing an excellent job for their customers.
I've had at least 4-5 experiences in various Les Schwab locations across California to Washington states. My assessment is that the courtesy, professionalism, promptness, willingness to help... is company wide. They consistently advise without recommending the most expensive option, inform for future followup, and are even friendly to my dog. I recommend Les Schwab Tire Centers, and will be buying tires here in 5000 miles :)
