This might be the worst experience I have had at any establishment ever. I spent over $2,000 replacing brakes and shocks last month. When I went in for a brake check they only checked and replaced rears, and I had front brake failure so I had to return a day later. Didn’t have my car for 3 days. 1 month later the brakes are already squeaking. Take it in to warranty replace pads. I get back in the car and my hub cab is broken sitting on my center console. I've used Les Schwab for a while, and while I tend to avoid big companies, I'll always have my tires done by Les Schwab. They've helped me on 3 of my past vehicles, and all 3 were different circumstances. Notably when I needed two of my very bald tires replaced and had bought 4 from a private seller. Les Schwab informed me of the damage I hadn't seen on the tires I purchased, and instead we decided to just replace the two with some cheaper used tires they had in store. These guys are the best, I made an appointment at a different shop for a tire patch, ended up here by mistake. Bill got me in anyways and had my tire fixed in under an hour! Bill is the man and I will definitely be coming here for my next set of tires thanks to him!
They charge $100 for an oil change. Go somewhere else for average service.
