Don't trust this shop I sent my car in. To get some work done 24hrs later I get told they can't do the work cuz they broke a bolt off my subframe that it my problem and I got to find someone else to fix what they broke I will be billing them for the cost of repair of replacing bolt i took it to another mechanic who said my control arms were still good that that wasnt the issue so therefore they should have never touched my subframe cuz control arms were good i was lied to the mechanic even told me that u all should not have ... read more

Took my truck in for an alignment after working on it. Made them aware the battery was dead when making the appointment. Get the truck easily jumped and to their shop for the appointment, left it running, and they said no issues. Got a call 10min later saying they stalled the truck. Tried jumping it to no avail and that I need an alternator. I come back later and jump start it with no issue and drove home with no issues.
I have visited this store (off 287 in Loveland) many times for tires and oil changes. They are always prompt and kind. They also take care of their customers. At least that is my experience. Twice they have patched a tire for me. Not only was it free of charge, they appreciated my dependency on my car and did so in a very timely manner. They have my business for sure!
Got there at 8:15 am to have four tires, dismounted and mounted we showed up at 4:45 PM because they closed at 5 o’clock and they had just started working on them so we were there till 5:30 PM. They did not apologize or anything .
