I used this Les Schwab years ago for a tire repair and had such a great experience that I called earlier today to discuss new tire options. I spoke with Daniel and he was very helpful, providing multiple options and explaining the benefits of each one. I was able to get in the same day for installation. Daniel also assisted me in person, as well. Great customer service, on point with expected wait time, and explained their warranty information. Will gladly continue going here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I called early this morning informing them right off the bat that I had already purchased tires and wanted mounting balancing and an alignment. Once I've got there, the price changed dramatically from $11 a tire to $45 a tire for mounting and balancing. They're also more expensive for their alignments. I have heard good things about their alignments but I have also heard once you get your car in their door that the price always escalates so be with Leary as they do not honor their word and will always charge you more
This Les Schwab is the only tire center I will trust with my car going forward! You all are the absolute best, truly professional, and I feel taken care of here. Thank you 🙏
My wife pulled in a little after 2 pm after calling ahead to ask if they were busy. They were not. A tech came out and asked what she needed. One tire change. "Ok, we will pull you in next." 1 hour goes by and they forget about her and pull other cars in that came after. She asks if they forgot, "Oh yeah so sorry. We will pull you in immediately."
