Scratched my rim and didn’t say anything to me about it. Then they charged me more and wouldn’t acknowledge the quote I was given before they installed my tires.

Each time I come in I’m always given excellent customer service, which is why I always come back. Today I came in for new tires and an alignment after taking my vehicle to the dealership and was told it would probably be 3-4 hours as they were extremely busy, which wasn’t an issue.
