Jason at the West 11th location gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had on Wednesday afternoon, Dec 7th. I came in to have my suspension and alignment checked out due to experiencing some rattling noises. Had rear brakes done on Nissan pickup. Got to buy new drums because the crew was too lazy to turn them. 30% mark up over what I can buy them at Knecht's. Knecht's is 10 gold stars for service and help. Les Schwab is a sell up machine that is only looking out to maximize profits. Never again. No tires or service on any of the rigs, not even the compnany trucks.
Awesome service saved me $900 from what the dealer quoted me on front end repair all in about 2 hours- Thanks Ken I will recommend Les Schwab to friends!
