I had a tire slowly losing air. I aired it up and it happened again. I checked to see if there was a nail or something but I couldn’t see anything so I brought it to Les Schwab because I have steel radial tires. Well after Cynthia checked my tire she said theere was nothing wrong that she could see. She checked the air pressure in all the tires and then said no charge. I was super excited because enytime I have had to take my car in to get checked it cost me money.!thank You Les Schwab and thank you Cynthia.
Horrible, took our car in this morning when they opened for an alignment c called asst noon they have not started it. Said the car left from last night have them issues. Your telling me they can only do 1 car since yesterday. But failed to mention that. Funny after calling back to say we are picking up out car it was going on the rack then . Amazing the rack just got emptied .
