Made appointment for brake service a week in advance by phone. Rep said he's ordering everything needed for brake repair. I arrive, on time, a week later where fill-in manager Joe informs me nothing had been ordered for appointment. Joe said this wasn't his shop. He was only helping out. Ok folks. Travis was visiting in from another store to work here, but he’s hustle and knowledge was impeccable. He was running around to every guy working in the garage helping out. Running to answer the phones in between. He was thorough when asking questions about the aftermarket parts I had and offered advice about the specs given. Will definitely be back!
Absolute great shop! The dealer refused / didn’t dare aligning my truck, and they sent me here. Shilo’s professionalism and understanding attitude towards my technical questions won this shop a loyal customer from now on for anything I can imagine them doing on my vehicles! I’m super happy to have found this shop! Also a great sign seeing how other customers were treated.
