We get lots of flat tires living near the new developments. You guys have done numerous repairs for us and been so understanding w/costs etc. Bought new tires from you just for your service and loyalty to us. Ps- don’t ever spray paint in the lobby while customers are there. It was horrible and the front desk lady didn’t flinch/say a word when I complained. Otherwise, y’all r amazing.
After sitting at Les Schwab in Brentwood for 2 hours with my car still sitting in the parking lot without being touched just to fix a simple flat. I finally got feed up!! I called Oakley Les Schwab and without hesitation they took my car in right when I walked in!! Love Oakley Les Schwab!! You guys know how to treat your customers and not brag about how you remodeled the office!! Kudos for awesome customer service!!!
