Hot diggity dog that outdone it again. I don’t even know why I left them for a brief, cheating moment to the Herndon location. Big mistake. Never again. The workers here care and look out for your best interest. I went in today (late, I called, they understood, thanks Luis) for my appointment and they were genuine. Have been coming here since we’ve moved to Fresno. Always handled my vehicles with utmost care, the customer service is great and the knowledgeable staff is very appreciated. As any business they have to make profit but they have really reasonable prices for people on a budget as well. Some days can be busier than others so make time ahead if you are a walk-in, but overall a great and satisfied experience, will gladly keep coming back for my auto needs! 👏🏽
Luis the manager was very helpful, despite being busy with +7 cars ahead of me they were still able to help me by patching up a deflated tire before they closed on saturday. Overall i will definitely be back at les schwab to do service. Thank you luis!
whats the point of an appointment like for tire rotation?! My appointment was at 9 and they barely just took my truck back at 10 and I have to b somewhere at 11. appointment plus only rotation shouldn't take this long!!
