Have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I've had the last 2 sets of tires put on by them now. The first time they broke a tire sensor, replaced it with aftermarket instead of factory and didn't give me that option. Had trouble with the light coming on, took it back they reset it. Light didn't come back. This latest set, guess what they broke another sensor, replaced it with aftermarket again. And my truck had a terrible steering shake at anything above 45mph. 2주 여행중에 이틀남기고 타이어가 펑크가났음 어쩔수없이 지나가던 행인분에게 도움요청했고 스페어 타이어로 길에서 교체해주시고,이곳으로 데려다주며 우리 사정을 설명해주셨음 곧바로 직원분이 처리를해주시면서 무료로 수리를 해주시겠다고함 “welcome to my country" 라며 걱정하지말라고하심 커피마시라면서 안내해주셨습니다. luis 라는 직원분에게 다시한번 감사합니다. 여기 타이어샵은 직원분들이 모두 친절하고 여행객으로써 감동받고 갑니다. 감사합니다. (아 그리고 길거리에서 스페어타이어 교체해주신 행인분에게 기어코 안받는다고하셨지만 백불 드렸습니다^^)

Hot diggity dog that outdone it again. I don’t even know why I left them for a brief, cheating moment to the Herndon location. Big mistake. Never again. The workers here care and look out for your best interest. I went in today (late, I called, they understood, thanks Luis) for my appointment and they were genuine. Have been coming here since we’ve moved to Fresno. Always handled my vehicles with utmost care, the customer service is great and the knowledgeable staff is very appreciated. As any business they have to make profit but they have really reasonable prices for people on a budget as well. Some days can be busier than others so make time ahead if you are a walk-in, but overall a great and satisfied experience, will gladly keep coming back for my auto needs! 👏🏽
