Had the best experience with this location! Was on my way to the airport to pick up family when my tire went flat literally 10 minutes before they closed and they took me in and got it taken care of in such a timely manner!! Literally in and out in 20 minutes! Seriously the best customer service!! Chris saved my life!
Went this morning to get tire pressure sensors checked in our car. Well, they were fast to get a diagnosed. Their diagnosis was off originally they said 4 sensors needed replacing. We went for a second opinion to discount tire, where they found three sensors needed replacing. Our original quote for $336 turned into a $200 bill at discount tires with tax. Labor included with warranty on each sensor. Will be taking my car to discount from here on out
These guys are awesome. Normally I go to smaller tire shops or places within house financing. But these dudes went above and beyond being patient and helpful. First I asked to see other tires than the ones I had scheduled, after I wasted his time looking at those, I changed my mind again and was indecisive. He was nice and patient the entire time. Did it make me feel dumb and still sold to me. Then these guys got a car wash right next to them, how convenient is that
It was an easy thing, but the team was very sweet and got me in and out with my problem fixed, thank you!!
