RecommendedI went to get my tire checked and I wasn’t sure if they would have time since they were closing soon, but they were fast, friendly and very helpful. Fernando and Tristan were awesome and they fixed my tire which had a nail in it for free. I will definitely come back for other services because of the great customer service I received.
Terrible service and zero empathy. I called and said I had a screw in my tire and they told me if I got there before closing they would take care of me. We are in town visiting relatives and heading home Monday morning. I made it to the store fifteen minutes before closing and was told by the same guy that they could not guarantee we would have the car back before Tuesday. I asked him why he told me he he could take care of me earlier and he just made up a bunch of excuses.
My second experience at LS, first was a nail in the tire, the other was damaged beyond repair. DAVE is awesome, though he told me to not let that get around. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and didn’t cost me much (our fault the tire was not repairable). Will definitely buy my next tires here.
These guys are the best! I did not have an appointment, but they made time to fix my tire. It had a slow leak, and I was worried that I would not be able to get home. Thank you!
I got into an accident last night with the snow and completely wrecked my wheel and my control arm. Dave and the guys not only fixed my car in one day, but did a great job and gave me a fair price. Honest people doing an honest job. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!
Dave at the Silverado location just rocks, the guys are quick, neat and always let me know if there’s anything I need to have looked at or if my off season tires are worth storing or need replacement before next season... seriously, I just love ‘em😊😊😊👍
They were extremely helpful when I stopped by with a tire that was going flatter by the minute. They determined that the holes caused by nails could be plugged which saved me alot of money. I'll be back.
Same great service as Lee Schwab in my resident town. A very high regard for safety, which is why we buy tires in the first place. Considerate of their customers, in person and private, as I overheard a conversation and their integrity was quite evident. They're very proud of their service, and they should be. I couldn't believe the value dollar for dollar I got. Definetly walked out feeling I got the better end of the deal!
I was disappointed to find out the reasons why my brakes were squeaking. They cut the shims which makes them back out and begin to squeak. The guy told me he was hoping that it would work! Really... instead of getting the right part. Then sending my vehicle out without the proper parts and no issues or hopes. It's a F350 1ton. You would think you would want the right parts for such a heavy duty vehicle.
