Why? All these years of outstanding customer service from Les Schwab and now two separate stores have f--ked me over. I woke up on a Saturday feeling so down (depressed) and stressed out over the fact that my sons car was having brake problems. We are STRUGGLING financially. Looks like I need new tires on the Prius. I'm here at Les Shwabs in Meridian. They gave me a printout of the several tires to choose from so I could make an educated decision. They also have the features of each tire listed on their website, which helped me to feel confident in making the best choice. The people here at Les Schwab are so awesome! I have been getting my tires here ever since I moved to Idaho, around 15 years ago. I trust them completely and they always go above and beyond. I highly reccomend them!
Go to any other location but this one. I just had a terrible experience with them!!! Been a customer for years in Twin Falls and never once dealt with what we just dealt with.
