My tire light went off and I was panicked thinking that I had a nail. Stopped in where I bought my tires and they had me out in 15 minutes no nail but just a little low pressure. They always take good care of me at Les Schwab (Meadows South Ogden).
Went in to get my tires torqued after buying them here. I had 3 kids with me and the car was clearly packed for a long trip. An employee barely got up when I called from my window — no concern for our safety — and told me they wouldn’t do it unless I bought more services. I left frustrated. Called the store later, and another rep kindly explained it should’ve taken 2 minutes, no extra purchase needed. I apologized for my tone, but this kind of refusal — involving kids and safety, is unacceptable.
I just purchased my last set of Les Schwab tires.. I purchased four tires for my daughter’s vehicle. It had a couple of bad TPMS units. They put the tires on On the vehicle and aligned it then after that, they told me I needed a TPMS sensors. I took it in today to get an estimate on the sensors and they wanted to charge me to break the tire down and put them in. It’s their tires and they failed to tell When they had a chance to install them while the tires were off my rim. I feel like that’s not very honest.
I scheduled a flat repair and upon further inspection needed a new tire. Peyton helped walk me through my options and I was able to make a decision that worked best for me. Then they got me in and out super quick. Great service, this will be my tire shop moving forward.
