So they’ll let you come in early, but getting unloaded early is hit or miss. We got in at 11:30 for a 5pm appointment. Told us they were slammed so we’d probably have to wait til appt time. Came knocking at 1:30 to put us in a door. Told us they still weren’t going to touch us til 5. So we took a nap. They started just after 5 and took 2 hrs to unload which is reasonable for a trailer full of tires.
