RecommendedLike the way we are treated and way take care of vehicle
Well I bought a car and can’t even drive it a month later because something messed up in it. Been in their shop for a week and they can’t seem to give me any information as to when it’s going to be fixed. So basically I’m paying for a $16,000 car that I can’t even drive. Definitely not a good experience so far.
This whole company is a joke, a fraud, not to be trusted.. They charged $722 to repair a vehicle that is still having the same problems as it was before their so-called repair. They have refused to do anything to correct their mess up. I guess they think money grows on trees. Maybe I could come and teach a class on integrity. The whole staff could use a few lessons. Shame on Steve and his trained to con staff. You'll regret it...it was only $722.

All members that I dealt with made me feel like a member of the family. From salesman to the top were always honest and helpful throughout the process. Be careful purchasing a vehicle from here. we purchased a used Nissan quest that had alot of issues but were covered up. 5 days in we were broke down. We were lied to when purchasing the vehicle and have spent over $4,000 so far in repairs. Expressed the frustration with Bill Pinkham and was told he would get back in touch which he never did. Be careful!
