Do not buy a used car from West End Lincoln! I would never send my worst enemy here! If you look at the reviews of used cars here, you will find a clear pattern of overlooking issues at inspection and not following up post-sale. You'd think they'd try to change something after so many bad reviews with used cars. I have a 2013 Ford C-Max that began having starting issues. Always overnight, fortunately in my garage at home. It was so frequent the AAA drive knows us well. After a few non-starting rounds took for service. They said a new battery would take care of it. Nope. A few days later it happened again. If zero stars were an option, I would put zero. Our salesman was nice, but the experience was horrible. Do not trust this dealership. They did not discuss documents when signing and now we have a vehicle we can't return. Should have never gone back to Autonation. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!

I don't wright reviews, but I recently HAD to buy another vehicle one to get a wheelchair in for my wife. Thats when My wife and I met Trevor Hylton, this man has been selling Lincolns forever and knows them,Trevor introduced us to Diane Skipper and a deal was made. as I said I DO NOT give reviews but these two folks were and are just Great. Just want to share my current experience. Had a great experience purchasing my certified preowned 2017 Lincoln MKC on 12/15/19. I was assured countless times that the vehicle went through a rigorous process ensuring all features work and the vehicle was worthy of certified status. Unfortunately my driver seat will not heat and worse service is backed up until January 2nd. My salesman has not contacted me directly instead had service reach out to me. I expected better. When I was unable to resolve my maintenance issues at the dealership where I purchased my Lincoln, I took it to ED Howard. The Service Personnel went way beyond what I had expected in resolving my problem. They worked with Lincoln and were able to obtain the part I needed in spite of there being a nationwide backorder. It was necessary for me to leave the vehicle on two occasions and I was provided a free rental vehicle each time.
