I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for an engine issue Ford told me about. When the mechanics at Pinkham Lincoln checked out my vehicle, they discovered that Ford had issued an engine-replacement order. I had no means of transportation and decided to just check the lot for available vehicles. Oscar Murray took me outside and showed me several options. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. The service manager was extremely pleasant as she listened to me explain my concerns. Once the codes were identified she assured me those areas would be addressed. I am comfortable to say there have not been new trouble codes sent to my phone. Thanks
