I just bought a new Lincoln from Patriot Lincoln in Davenport Iowa. Those people were amazing. i will never go back to John Deery motors. They took 1000.00 from my sister in Florida, after they lost everything in the hurricane. Buyer beware... they are nothing but crooked liars !!!!!

I'm not a customer; never was and never will be. They just sent me a text message out of the blue, addressing me by name, inviting me in to "become a showroom customer". If their idea of ethical business practices includes sending out 'junk-mail' text messages is a good way to expand their client base, I can't even begin to imagine what their sales practices must be like. Many car dealers these days already have a bad reputation for adding on junk fees on to their customers' invoices and this incident tells me these guys ... read more

I can’t express how disappointing the service is here. I trusted this dealership with my car. The employee change all of my settings for my steering wheel, window. Driving was change to speed-excite. All radio stations including Sirius FM. change to there station. Blew one of my speakers. The base was change to high. Drove more than 20 miles in my car. Use portion of my gas. Left my car dirty. I would give a 0 if I could. I happen to be there yesterday when a manager named Bob Grimes was tearing into an employee and then seemed to fire him. Now I don't know all the details, but it seemed like the manager didn't either nor did he want to hear them but it did sound like the employee was not at fault. The manager wouldn't even let the kid speak! What he did do is threaten the kid and I mean threaten the kid! We have a great experience at Bright Bay Lincoln. Our sales person was Rose St. Pierre. She was very patient and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely use her for future purchases.

We bought a 2020 Lincoln corsair from here 3 years ago. Unfortunately our salesperson went to a new dealership. When we called up to set up an appointment we were assigned to a new salesperson Stephen Loucca, very nice and caring. We really had a wonderful experience with him. Unfortunately, when we came in the numbers just didn’t make sense so we asked to see pre-owned vehicles. We waited close to 2 hours for nothing. Well I cant say anything positive about this dealership and the staff that run the facility. I brought my Jeep in for a simple detail, tire change, alignment, and wheel balance. On the first trip to the dealership they messed up my alignment and my steering wheel was off center, the other thing they messed up was they mis weighted my rims so driving over 70 MPH would cause my jeep to shake violently.
