Had vehicle serviced and told them there was a slow leak in our tire. We picked it up and they had found a nail into the tire and plugged it. 30 minutes and less than 5 miles down the road my wife was on the side of the road with a flat. Had it towed to our regular mechanic and when he took it off the patch had no glue and had not been crimped on. So they refunded me the 25 dollars they charged me to plug the tire but I was still out the cost of buying two new tires from cutting the sidewall on the tire that went flat. Shoul... read more

He and the finance manager, Gary Burris, went above and beyond to ensure that I, my wife, and my daughter were satisfied with our new vehicle.
