Service department seemed efficient during my first visit. Took a long time (2 hrs) but I had a lot done, i.e. recall to replace rear view camera; oil change; tire rotation; and courtesy wash. During car purpose, I was told that I would be provided a car to drive during service appointments. No mention of that whatsoever.
