Our company leased a copier from Les Olson for several years. The copier worked well and Les Olson's service was very attentive. When our lease contract was terminated, we were aware of our obligation to return the product but anticipated that being to Les Olson's office locally. We were surprised to learn that it needed to be shipped back to the leasing company (i.e., not Les Olson) and the cost to ship to their undisclosed location was $1,000. I brought my HP printer in for repair due to an paper jam that I couldn’t find. They found it in less than 5 minutes and cleared it for me at no charge. That was awesome. Thank you!

We have an already built residential home question and they were very helpful for taking the time to visit the home and talking through the realistic options that we can do for our internet needs.

It has been such a hassle trying to get toner out to our business. I asked if it could be rushed, then they showed up without any toner to the business. They said they'd show up the next day first thing, and they still haven't shown up. Only response I get is that they will be here "soon". Very frustrating.

I would give this company five stars for service and being one of the best out there. However, please read the fine print on your equipment lease which does have more to do with the lending company that LEC. We leased a copy machine for five years. We were under contract with the lending company with a service guarantee with LEC. The service part was great but I feel we got sold a bill of goods especially when sales was doing their best to renew.
