Caleb has been so helpful! He is quick to respond, makes time to help clients, and knows his stuff. I've been struggling with a printer at work for 2 weeks, and Caleb has been such a huge help. Highly recommend.
I had trouble finding the wifi network for my work with my laptop. Turns out I just needed to get an adapter so my computer could see the 5G network! I wouldn’t have known without the help of Kelsey and her crew!!! They didn’t even charge me! She came down first to see if it was something simple, when it wasn’t she took it back to their office. Highly recommend! Great services!
We have been so pleased by the service provided by this company. Our printer was having issues and they sent a tech out the very next day (we are in Garden City, so this rarely happens with other companies). Our technician Spencer was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our printer in a timely manner and even cleaned the whole machine and checked all the settings on the machine while it was rebooting.
