I have had nothing but bad experiences at this nail salon. The only nail tech that is really good and diverse with techniques is Annie. I’ve had the worst experiences with male technicians. I was over charged as well for the services I receive and it appears prices are made up and not based on what’s listed in the salon. Annie has made an attempt to go above and beyond to repair and fix her staff errors but this should not happen each time a service is provided. Don’t waste your time or money Tony is the worst , I would leave no stars if I could. I wanted to get a pedicure, but they had no hot water while doing my nails. He left acrylic gaps when I told him he left gaps he said it was ok, I had to tell him look closely. He looked mad while fixing it he takes no pride in his work at all. I really miss the old nail tech Tiffany. Best part of the visit was the way my baby nails turned out

Absolutely rude ! Poor customer service. The lady who does pedicures with the colored hair is extremely rude. I went in for a pedicure and when I told the lady what type of pedicure I wanted she replied “I don’t have time for that” in such a rude and nasty tone. I immediately got up and left. If it’s one thing I can’t stand is terrible customer service.
