Kim is amazing!!! She did everything I asked for and was a pleasure to talk to. She even let me leave for a different appointment half way through and come back to finish with no questions asked. My hands sometimes turn weird colors from the cold which can be embarrassing but she acted like she didn't even notice. The shop looks beautiful too.
