I’ve been coming to Le’s Nails for 10+ years. Kim never disappoints! I recently got engaged & she made sure to make this appointment extra special. She always does an amazing job, but what makes her different from most is that she truly cares about her clients and it definitely shows.
Four day old nails. Misshapen and already lifting. I told her they were too long. She responded, “My Queen, I make them nice for you! Trust me!” The salon is empty and dirty and nothing what I remember five years ago. But, I felt bad and just had to have them done last Monday. They were the only salon that had availability. Because she had done my nails for years in the past, I did trust her. Things have gone downhill for sure. She will MOT refund.
