I had a manicure with dipped nails done at my home in Michigan. By the time I made it to Bloomsburg the next day for my nephew’s wedding, I had developed an allergic reaction and had intense itching. I called the salon the next morning and asked if they could remove my dipped nails and they told me to come right over.
